View of the Prefecture in Lyon, a building constructed in 1885 by architect Louvier, with a central square adorned with a fountain and flower beds. The reverse features a handwritten correspondence dated December 31, 19, addressed to M. de Rocamadour, with a note from the publisher 'Correspondance Carte Postale' and a postal stamp.
