View of the monumental entrance of the Maritime Prefecture in Rochefort-sur-Mer, adorned with the inscriptions 'Liberté Égalité Fraternité' and a national coat of arms. On the reverse, a handwritten letter dated June 14, 1910, addressed to Mlle A. Ronde in Noyant-la-Graville, mentioning postal restrictions for certain foreign countries.
