View of the Prefecture in Nice, an imposing building with a central portal and palm trees, on a paved space where pedestrians and a carriage are moving. Reverse: handwritten address to 'Mlle Borghette, Folelli (Corsica)', 50 centime green stamp, postmark of Alpes-Maritimes dated 22 May 1917, and note 'All foreign countries do not accept correspondence on the front side'.
