Black and white view of the interior of the Remiremont prison, showing a central corridor with galleries on either side and a central door. The reverse has a handwritten address to Madame Madeleine Pugnet, at her father's home, the chief prison warden in Wassy, with a green 25-centime stamp and a cancellation mark from Remiremont dated 26 January 1926.
