Description

View of La Grange aux Dîmes in Provins, an ancient military structure dating from 1176, where tithes collected from harvests were stored until the Revolution. The stone building features ancient architecture with barred windows and an arched entrance. The reverse indicates the publisher 'Édil. du Britard' and shows a blank postcard with a stamp trace and partial cancellation.
