View of Caesar's Tower in Provins, dated to the 12th century, with printed text describing its state prison and its use by the English in 1452. The adjacent belfry displays two bells, with the largest, "Guillemette," measuring 1 m 80 and weighing approximately 3,000 kg. Reverse: postcard by J. Bourgogne, publisher in Château-Thierry, with areas reserved for address and correspondence.
