Monumental statue of Liberty holding a flag and a rifle, surmounting a wounded soldier, in Belfort. Printed text at the bottom: 'Quand même !'. Reverse: handwritten address to Amélie Perrier in Marseille, green 16-centime postmark, Belfort cancellation of August 16, 1907.
