Fishing scene in Quiberon where fishermen unload fresh sardines into a wooden trough. A 15-centime French Republic postage stamp is affixed at the top right. On the reverse, an inscription reads 'Arrival of Sardines at Port Maria' and mentions the publisher 'Real-Photo' C. P. Strasbourg, with a handwritten address to Mr. Jean Gilbert at Laigan.
