Black and white view of the rocks of Port Bara in Quiberon, with waves breaking on a pebble beach and a vehicle at the top of a rocky promontory. Reverse: handwritten letter dated 27 July 1936, addressed to a 'dear friend', signed Madeleine Reiter, with a note at the bottom of the page from the publisher 'CIRCE ARTS PHONOMECANIQUE - STRASBOURG-SCHILTIGHEIM'.
