View of the Prefecture in Quimper, an imposing building with slate roofs and turrets, bordered by a canal. Printed text indicates the publisher and architect. Reverse: handwritten message dated December 29th, 1931, addressed to Mr. Combarel in Algiers, with a 40-centime blue stamp and cancellation mark 'TOUS' (Tous, France).
