Black and white view of a man standing on a path lined with trees, looking toward L'Île des Roches and the castle in the distance, reflected in the water. The reverse features a handwritten letter addressed to Madame Gohard in Condé-sur-Verges (Seine-et-Oise), with a French postmark from 1903 and a postmark from Rimeytoist.
