View of the Main Avenue of the Chestnuts in Reims, lined with trees and a central garden with a basin. Printed text at the bottom: '204 — REIMS. Main Avenue of the Chestnuts. ND. Phot.' and 'Reims Touriste'. Reverse: handwritten correspondence dated 28 January 1900, addressed to 'Monsieur le Recteur', mentioning illustrated postcards and an address to the Reims ambulance.
