View of the City Hall of Reims, an imposing building with a clock tower and slate roofs, dated July 23, 1908. Printed text at the top right indicates '18. REIMS — City Hall'. On the reverse, handwritten correspondence addressed to Mr. Renaud in Charmes, noting that the postcard is not accepted by all foreign countries.
