Description

View of the Town Hall of Reims, whose monumental façade dates from 1825 and the entire building was completed in 1878. The equestrian statue of Louis XIII crowns the pediment. Reverse: correspondence addressed to the Central Bank in Arlon (Belgium), stamped with two green 5c stamps and a Reims cancellation of September 17, 1910.
