View of the Town Hall in Reims, an imposing building with a clock tower and ornate façade. Printed text at the bottom of the front mentions the publisher and a dedication to the Sisters of Charity. Reverse: correspondence dated 26-8-1914, with handwritten message 'Souvenir d'André Gastion' and address to Madame Larchet in Châlons-sur-Marne.
