View of the town hall in Remiremont, with a Gothic tower on the right, dated 4 October 1903. The back features handwritten text addressed to M. Ponce in Langres, with two blue 20-centime stamps and a cancellation from Mandeure (Haute-Marne) dated 21 October 1903.
