View of the Town Hall in Rennes with its imposing bell tower, dated 1914. The printed text relates its construction begun in 1710, its first stone laid in 1714 and its inauguration in 1714, as well as its restoration in 1914. On the reverse, handwritten text addresses the card to 'Madame Mme Géran' in London, with a 20-centime stamp and a Rennes postmark.
