View of the Town Hall of Rennes, with its imposing tower and the lively square in front. Printed text on the front details its construction (1730-1734), its inauguration (1914), and its destruction by fire in 1920. The reverse bears a handwritten letter dated September 9, 1930, addressed to Madame Maurice Guy, mentioning people such as Madame Cavares and M. de Vallais, as well as a postmark and a Rennes cancellation.
