View of the Palace of Justice in Rennes, a historic building with slate roof and classical façade, in front of which a tramway runs and a few pedestrians stand. Reverse: printed text describing the former Parliament of Brittany, its construction in 1551, its architect Jacques Debrosse, and its evolution into the Temple of Law. Handwritten address to 'Le Havre' and postmark with cancellation 'Rennes' dated 26 September 1908.
