Description

Humorous postcard showing a man sleeping on a meadow, dreaming of a woman in a cloud, while a cow stands beside him. The printed text at the bottom says 'Dream and... Reality'. On the reverse, the publisher is 'Gil', with the note 'IMPRIME EN FRANCE - PRODUCTION INTEROTE' and the series number '837/6'. The address is for Roger Leconte in Saint-Martin-d'Aspern (Orne), with the sender's signature 'Ren Garenne'. An 8-franc stamp is affixed and postmarked in Toulouse on May 18, 1951.
