Postcard showing a lacquered birchwood armchair, dated to the second half of the 18th century, displayed at the Rijksmuseum in Amsterdam. The front bears the inscription 'Armstoel van witgeschilderd beukenhout. 2e helft 18e eeuw.' and the back indicates 'Ge-merkt: G. Jacob. Frankrijk. Stijl Lodewijk XVI.' with a handwritten signature 'Segne G. Jacob' and an address 'J. Vlieger, Amsterdam'.
