Black and white view of the Clock Tower in Riom, with its Roman dial, dome, and carved coat of arms. On the reverse, a postcard sent in 1951 from Riom to Paris, with a handwritten letter addressed to Élisabeth Rebolié, and a 20 franc French Republic stamp canceled in Puy-de-Dôme.
