Bust of François Thibert, known as 'Populle', on a pedestal in a wooded park in Roanne, framed by a small fence. Printed text at the bottom: '1470. - ROANNE. - Monument Populle'. Reverse: handwritten correspondence dated August 18, addressed to a Madame in Vaulx-en-Velin, with a visible postmark and cancellation 'ROANNE'.
