Black and white view of the portal of the Knights' Hospital in Rhodes, framed by a large stone arch. The reverse indicates the publisher 'Bestetti e Tamminelli - Milano-Roma' and the destination 'Constantinople' for correspondence addressed to Suzanne Pessereau in Milan. Italian 5 centesimi stamp postmarked 30 September 1927.
