Description

Black and white view of the Colosseum of Rome, with cars and pedestrians in the square in front of the building. On the reverse, a handwritten letter in Italian addressed to Madame No Cadet in Aspago, Seine et Oise, France, with two Italian stamps (20 and 5 Lire) and a postmark from Rome. The publisher is indicated as 'B. & C.' in the bottom right corner of the reverse.
