Black and white panoramic view of the bridge over the Isère at Romans-sur-Isère, with the town in the background and a church in the center. On the reverse, a handwritten letter dated October 27, 1939, addressed to Mr. Cancel in Montpellier, with a 70 centime postage stamp and a postmark from Romans-sur-Isère.
