View of Villa Saint-Luc in Roscoff, a large stone house overlooking a beach, with a small cottage at the water's edge. The reverse has a handwritten letter addressed to Emma Guit, rue Letellier in Paris, dated August 18, 1930, sent from Roscoff, with two 20-cent stamps.
