View of the Carved Rocks in Rotheneuf, on the Emerald Coast, with visitors in period costume observing the rock carvings. The reverse bears a handwritten address to Miss M. Charron in Chantonnay (Vendée) and a canceled green postmark from Vendeuvre-sur-Barse (Vendée) dated May 18, 1906.
