View of the building adorned with columns and balconies, with a main entrance and display windows showing 'LE FERME D'ÉPÉRE DÉMENTIÈRES'. On the reverse, a postcard sent to Melle Mériel in Paris in 1902, with a green 15-centime stamp and a Roubaix postmark dated 25 February 1902.
