View of the Town Hall in Roubaix, an imposing neoclassical building with a decorated central tower and a sculpted pediment. The reverse has a handwritten address to Madame Gribbard in Reims, a circular cancellation from Roubaix (20-6-1938), and a partially erased postmark. The publisher Lucien Pollet, Laue, is mentioned in the lower right corner.
