Postcard showing the Town Hall of Roubaix, an imposing neo-classical building with a central tower and clock face. The reverse features a handwritten letter dated 18 July 1919, addressed to a 'sweetheart', mentioning a trip to Roubaix and plans to visit Lille and Paris. The stamp and postmark are visible at the bottom right.
