View of the Gothic church of Notre-Dame de Bon Secours in Rouen, with its imposing bell tower with a spire. The reverse features a handwritten letter addressed to Madame Solange d'Été in Conflans-sur-Seine, with a 10-centime stamp and a postmark from Rouen dated April 7, 1905.
