View of the Fontaine de la Grosse Horloge in Rouen, adorned with baroque sculptures and a large central relief, dated around 1937. The reverse features a postcard sent to Monsieur H. Oriese in Cuguen (Ille-et-Vilaine), with a 30-centime stamp and a cancellation from Rouen, 6th arrondissement, Seine.
