View of the Fontaine de la Grosse Horloge in Rouen, adorned with baroque sculptures and a central relief. The engraved text on the stone mentions 'IUDONICO XV' and 'FONTIUM HON'. On the reverse, a handwritten address to Madame Berthe Pénel in Saint-Pol-sur-Mer, with a green 2 franc postage stamp canceled in Saint-Pol-sur-Mer.
