View of the Fountain of the Great Clock in Rouen, adorned with baroque sculptures and a central bas-relief. The reverse features a handwritten letter dated June 14, 1910, addressed to Eugénie in Paris, with cursive handwriting and the sender's signature. A red postmark is visible at the bottom right.
