View of the Fontaine du Gros Horloge in Rouen, adorned with a sculpted bas-relief featuring mythological figures and putti. In the foreground, a café 'V. Heneau' with a window display. The reverse features a handwritten letter dated February 1, 1938, addressed to Madame Alice Benzélin and Madame Juliette Pineaux in Paris, signed by a 'Monsieur' who introduces himself as a former justice of the peace from Bacqueville.
