Description

View of Rouen Cathedral, with inscription detailing its history: begun in 1202, the Saint-Romain tower is a remnant of the old Romanesque church, and the façade was rebuilt in 1824. On the reverse, handwritten correspondence from Marcel Raitre to Mrs. Ch. Poissonnier in Paris, with a 10c green postmark and cancellation 'ROUEN 6 MAI 1927'.
