View of the entrance decorated with metal grilles and sculpted columns of the Prefecture in Rouen, with a man in period costume standing in front of the portal. On the reverse, a handwritten correspondence dated August 24, 1914, addressed to Monsieur Maurice, with cursive handwriting and a mention of lunch in Deville. French postmark from 1914 affixed at the top right.
