View of the Palace of Justice in Rouen, a Gothic building constructed by Louis XII for the Exchequer of Normandy, with a handwritten inscription dated April 22, 1902. The reverse features a handwritten address to Madame Yvonne Macé in St-Servan, with a postmark from Saint-Servan dated August 23, 1902.
