View of Rouen Cathedral with its three towers, illustrating the history of its construction: begun in 1202, the Saint-Romain tower is a remnant of the old Romanesque church, the façade was rebuilt in 1514 and 1822, and the Butter Tower was rebuilt in cast iron between 1824 and 1876. Reverse: correspondence addressed to Marcel Raittre in Rouen, without visible postmark or cancellation.
