Description

View of the Palace of Justice in Rouen, an imposing Gothic building with a façade adorned with pinnacles and mullioned windows. On the reverse, a postcard sent to Mrs. Guillemont in Seme, with a 25-centime blue stamp and a cancellation of 'SÉRIE-INFÉRIEURE' dated 27 July 1917. The address is handwritten and the sender signs 'Vorgeon'.
