Black and white view of the Seine quays in Rouen, with a large steamship moored and a harbor crane in the foreground. The reverse features a handwritten letter dated April 14th, 1953, addressed to 'My dear Friend', signed 'Chantal', and mentions the publisher Éd. Lecoultre, no. 029.
