View of the Palace of Justice in Rouen, built under Louis XII in 1499, with a part restored in 1876. Printed text on the front indicates the construction and restoration. Reverse: address to Monsieur Carrelle in Paris, handwritten correspondence, green 5c 'République Française' stamp canceled, and note 'All foreign countries do not accept the correspondence from the front side'.
