View of the main facade of the Justice Palace in Rouen, built under Louis XII in 1499, with ornate Gothic architecture featuring gables and mullioned windows. On the reverse, a handwritten letter addressed to Mme Perin in Raux, dated July 1st, with a red French Republic postmark canceled.
