Panoramic view of a mountain road between Morzine and Thonon, bordered by a river and forests, with a stone retaining wall. The reverse has a handwritten letter dated 3 July 1931, addressed to 'Dear dear one', describing a holiday day with a perfect small hotel in Haute-Savoie, and mentioning the absence of large hotels in Thonon. A postmark is affixed at the top left, with partial cancellation.
