View of a winding forest road surrounded by pines and oaks, with a pile of tree trunks in the foreground. Printed text at the bottom: 'Forest Road of Gerbier in the Hautes-Cévennes (alt. 1400 m.). One of the most picturesque in France, very popular in summer with tourism.' Reverse: handwritten address to M. Émile Bruny in Vichy, 20-centime postmark, Saint-Agrève cancellation of August 14, 1933, and mention of the art editions.
