Description

Black and white view of La Pointe du Chay in Royan, with houses built on a rocky cliff overlooking a pebble beach and the sea. On the reverse, a postcard dated 1944, sent to Madame Wallet in Bouvard, Paris, with an 8-franc 'La Vallée de la Seine' stamp canceled. The handwritten text says: 'Mes bonnes amities de Paris'.
