View of Royan's port with many moored boats, including a white ship bearing the inscription 'ROTANA'. In the background, the Thiers Hotel and other buildings line the quay. On the reverse, a postcard sent on October 10, 1932, to Madame Coutain in Paris, with a 20-centime stamp and a Royan cancellation.
