View of the Palais des Congrès in Royan, with a flowerbed in the foreground and French flags. The reverse has a handwritten letter dated 18 March 1965, sent from Royan to Dreux, addressed to Madame Moulin, with a 25-centime stamp and a Royan (Charente-Maritime) postmark.
