View of the Parterre of the E. Cognacq Foundation in Rueil, with a central statue and a building with Gothic arcades in the background. The back has a handwritten letter addressed to Madame Garnier in Paris, with a 10-centime French Republic postage stamp canceled in Rueil on August 21, 1908.
